At New Chitose Airport, many alcoholic beverages representing Hokkaido are sold.
There are so many drinks that it's hard to choose just by looking at this picture.
I wish I could taste and pick from all the things here.
That's not possible, so here are some of the must-drink drinks in Hokkaido.

1, Beer

<Yotei Sanroku Beer Shiroi Koibito "羊蹄山麓ビール">

At a beer factory in Niseko, Hokkaido, using underground water from the famous Mt. Yotei
Launched in 2020 as an original craft beer.
This is the first collaboration product with Hokkaido's representative confectionery "Shiroi Koibito".
A delicate lather with a subtle sweetness, Hazy (cloudy) is a specific ale.
Enjoy the harmony with the aroma of hops, which is reminiscent of citrus or peach.
The appearance of a new beer that the brewer confidently created "White Chocolate Beer".

<Sapporo Classic “サッポロクラシック”>

In gratitude to Hokkaido, the Sapporo Classic was born in 1985.
Since it is 100% malt, the aroma of barley is strong, but the aftertaste is refreshing and delicious.
It's a beer you want to try along with Hokkaido's seasonal food!

2, Wine

<Otaru Wine “小樽ワイン”>

It's like a dessert to drink!
It's a sweet wine where you can feel the grapes themselves.
It does not have the characteristic bitterness of wine, so it is popular with people of various generations.
The Niagara series, which is the most popular of them, is also recommended as a gift.

<Yoichi Wine “余市ワイン”>

Both the area and yield of wine grapes are among the top in Japan.
Kerner, Zweigelt and Pinot Noir are raised.
In particular, I like Kerner, which has a rich aromatic aroma.

3, Japanese sake

<Kokushi Muso “国士無双”>

You can feel the deep flavor of the rice, and the sourness and bitterness are moderately suppressed.
Karakuchi (non-sweet) sake "Kokushi Muso". It also goes well with food.
It has the same fruity flavor as pear, so you can enjoy it cold or warm.

<Koujin “耕人”>

Rare sake that can only be found at New Chitose Airport.
Koujin has a rich flavor with a rich aroma.
As soon as you put it in your mouth, you can taste the taste of the rice again.
It has a mild sweetness, but the aftertaste is refreshing.
You can fully enjoy the original flavor and aroma of unfiltered Junmai.
It is said that it is better to take it out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature before drinking it before drinking it completely cold!
