A walk around Hokkaido University in autumn! (Includes a map of Hokkaido University)

Good morning! It is Hokkaido magazine.

5 minutes walk from JR Sapporo Station!

I went to Hokkaido University, a famous spot for autumn leaves in Sapporo!

As soon as we entered Hokkaido University

산책시작~!

I see a statue of Dr. Clark, who said, "Boys, have ambition!"

He was the first president of Hokkaido University and brought American modern education to Japan.

The leaves are beautifully colored between the classrooms.

There are a lot of bicycles that students built because they are in semester. Japanese students ride bicycles.

There is a pond near the gate of Hokkaido University. There are ducks and mosquitoes in summer !! :)
